AWD Editore is glad to present its latest work, called “Il cielo su Venezia”. Why a book on Venice from above? Because Venice is too beautiful to be admired only from a bridge, from a gondola, from a square or from one of its islands. It is an unforgettable, but partial sensation.

Therefore we thought to observe it and disclose its secrets from the sky, using a camera and different aircrafts.

The result is a unique photographic work that has become a book about the Venetian skies and the Venetian lagoon, seen from jets, airplanes, helicopters and skydivers interlaced above the channels and the islands of the city.
