GENNAIO
Two Italian State Police helicopters - an Agusta Bell AB 206 Ranger and an Agusta A 109 Hirundo - overfly San Giorgio Maggiore Island in front of Canal Grande and the Riva degli Schiavoni.

FEBBRAIO
“What a sight! A dive into Venice like this is worth a year of training. We could touch Saint Mark's Steeple”. These were the world of the four skydivers that we see during their descent in “Donut” formation.

MARZO
Land and water form a magic arabesque in a remote side of the Venetian Lagoon shadowed by a lumbering Agusta Sikorsky HH-3F helicopter in service in a Combat Search And Rescue unit of the Italian Air Force.
APRILE
Really a vantage point of sight, the one of a scuba diver of the Italian Air Force 651th Liaison and Rescue Flight, hanging at the end of the winch cable of an Agusta Bell AB 212 hovering over the Giudecca Canal.

MAGGIO
The sky over Venice is really a place for dreaming. This may be the thought of this skydiver, as he falls while laying quietly on his back in the terse air over the historical Lido Airport.

GIUGNO
Salute to Venice. Four Lockheed Martin F-16Cs of the 31st Wing of the United States Air Force make the last pass over the magic city after an air defense anti-terrorism exercise, inbound to Aviano air base.
LUGLIO
A privileged sight on Saint Mark Square for the crew of a Carabinieri Agusta Bell AB 412 helicopter. Like all the rotorcraft allowed to overfly downtown Venice, it is powered by two turboshaft engines for safety purposes.

AGOSTO
Sheer joy. No other spirit could fill the soul of a sky dancer who falls in free flight through the magic Venetian sky over the waters enlightened by the full sunshine at noon.

SETTEMBRE
Also the Italian Frontier Guard rely on helicopters to control the maritime border and merchant ship traffic. Here, two Bredanardi (Agusta Group) NH 500s overfly Riva degli Schiavoni in front of Londra Palace Hotel.

OTTOBRE
To protect a unuque architectural heritage from fires ir the main role of Venice Fire Brigade. Their Air Service is equipped with the most modern means. Here an Agusta A 109E Power is seen in front of Palazzo Ducale.

NOVEMBRE
The sky over Venice is the most beloved one by aviators since the early days of the Italian Air Force during WW I. Here, two 51st Wing AMX fighter aircraft based at Istrana salute the Serenissima.

DICEMBRE
The sky over Venice is always wonderful, either you look at it from the ground or the Lagoon waters, or you admire it from the blue yonder. And at sunset, the one who is up there wishes that the time would stop forever.
